A day sheet is the single most-photographed piece of paper on any tour. It answers the four questions everyone asks every day: where are we playing, when is load-in, when do we play, and where are we sleeping. Tour managers for arena acts and DIY bands in a minivan use the exact same format — venue and address up top, a time table down the middle, contacts and hotel at the bottom.

What is a day sheet?
A day sheet (or day-of show sheet) is a one-page schedule handed to everyone in a touring party for a single show day. It lists the venue and address, load-in, soundcheck, doors and set times, key contacts with phone numbers, the hotel, and any notes — so nobody has to ask "what time is soundcheck?" in the group chat.
What should a day sheet include?
At minimum: the date, venue name and full address, load-in time, soundcheck time, doors, set time and set length, a production or venue contact with a phone number, and where the band is sleeping that night. Good day sheets also include parking notes, WiFi, payment terms, and the next day's drive.
How do I save my day sheet as a PDF?
Click "Print / Save PDF" (or press Cmd+P / Ctrl+P). In the print dialog choose "Save as PDF" as the destination. The page has a print stylesheet, so only the clean day sheet prints — not the form or this FAQ.
